Video: Oracle Developer Cloud Service: Managing Tasks Using Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse
Each Oracle Developer Cloud Service project is provisioned with an issue tracker. Project issues can be created and updated in your web browser or from Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse. The Issues page displays a list of the issues that match the selected standard searches or your custom searches. From the Issues page you can create new issues and update existing issues, for example, to change details and add comments or attachments.
When you create a connection between Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse and your Oracle Developer Cloud Service project you can manage project issues from the IDE. After establishing a connection to your project, activate Tasks in the Oracle Cloud view to see the issues associated with the project. If you view an issue in the IDE, the issue is synchronized with the issue tracker in the cloud. You can modify the issue directly in the IDE. If an issue needs to be reproduced and some IDE information is required, selecting Attach Context takes a snapshot of the IDE state and attaches it to the issue. The issue is updated when you submit the changes. When you activate an issue in the Task List window, information about the issue is added when you checkin changes to the source code.
