Welcome to this tutorial video on how to synchronise your watch with your mobile network operator Since the latest updates on both iOS and Android, we have made some changes and upgrades to guarantee the security of our users’ information This might require you to take some actions in order for your watch to synchronise with the app and the mobile network correctly To do so, make sure you have a SIM card that supports 2G with a minimum of 100Mb of data & call credit First, open the Kiddoo app on your device If you do not have an account please create one by pressing “New User” in the bottom right hand corner of the login screen If you already have an account please login on the login page Now you can add a new watch by scanning the CID sticker on the back of the watch You will have to fill in some details about your child who will use the Kiddoo smartwatch Make sure the watch is turned off when you insert the SIM card.

Then, turn the watch on and wait for 10 to 15 minutes Now you can upgrade the software by sending a text message to the watch’s phone number You can find the exact content of that text message in the video description below under “Firmware update” You will receive in return a reply with unrecognisable characters. That is normal You can now synchronise your watch with your mobile network by sending another text message. The exact content is, again, in the video description below under “Mobile network update”. Please note that you will need to replace part of the message with the specific access point name, or APN, of your mobile network For the Belgian operator Base, it will be: gprs.base.be You can find your mobile network’s APN online. See the video description below for a link After sending that last text message, you should receive is a reply that says "APN Set OK" Now all you have to do is restart the Kiddoo app and login again That's it! wait for a couple of hours And you what should be in sync and working perfectly.
